Do you have custom wrapping options

We offer the Aalishaan Gift Box for packaging and wrapping. You can add this box to your order for an additional charge, or you can purchase an empty box separately.

Do you allow custom orders?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with one of our representatives on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) or WhatsApp or email us.

How long do you take to complete orders?

In stock items are available for immediate delivery and take anywhere between 3-5 working days. Customised orders take 15-20 working days.

 Free shipping is not available during sales.

What are the delivery charges?

Orders above 5000/- will be delivered for free. Orders below 5000/- will be charged. The delivery fee is 250/- for each order.

What are the payment methods?

For now we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

When can I expect my delivery?

We dispatch orders in the next 24 hours however due to stock exhaustion or outsider issues (public holidays, transportation delay, etc.), the delivery might be delayed.

Aalishaan Fashions Store ships all over Pakistan. We do not ship internationally yet

Can I open cash on delivery packages without making the payment first?

It is against the policy of our courier services to check the item without making the payment first. We would appreciate your cooperation.

How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, kindly contact us on WhatsApp, or email within 24 hours of placing the order along with your order id. Any order which has been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Most prefer contact is WhatsApp.

What happens if I miss the delivery? 

Courier riders are instructed to leave a text before making the delivery. Incase of a missed delivery, you can call back the courier company for quick delivery. If you have failed to connect, you can contact us on WhatsApp, or email and we will try to solve the matter.
